Informational Wall Display — AMC

This student project tasked us to choose a company to create an informational wall display, leading to a lot of research about the chosen company’s history being involved. For this particular case, I chose AMC as a big movie fan, lots of interesting facts and important milestones for the company are covered throughout their timeline of achievements, ranging from the renaming of the company to AMC with its most influential founder Stanley Durwood in 1961, all the way to 100 years with AMC. The most important aspect of this assignment was definitely the organization and curation of information to be accurately represented as a timeline list of achievements for the company along with associated imagery of historical events and impactful moments. The software I used in the creation of these assets include, Illustrator for the vector graphics and text elements, and Photoshop for the accurate display of the design’s realization.
